Trilby commenced her accountancy and tax training at the age of 31 at Slough  Technical College, where she proudly achieved not only passing her exams first time, but the highest mark in the Institute of Tax associate paper on Capital Taxes and Trusts.
                                               
Trilby went on to work for Deloittes and other leading firms between 1979 until 1993, where she worked mainly in personal taxations, enjoying the mathematical challenge of account preparation.

She went on to work for Latchams Montague Niblett & Co and has moved with them through their successive mergers, today specialising in Trust, Probate and Tax client work.
